Democrat Party
The Democrat Party is the more left leaning or liberal party. They believe that the government has an obligation to take care of its citizens. Money should be used to pay basic services and financial security. Democrats increases healthcare, retirement funds and security.

Republican Party
The Republican Party is the more right leaning party or conservative party. They believe in shrinking down government programs and thus, everyone having money. Business will have a lot of money on their hands.

Independent Party
Independent Parties are independent. Meaning that they are not in any other party. Independent Parties usually do not believe in any party.

Third Parties
Third Parties are little parties in USA. Examples are Green Tea Party and the Libertarians. Third Parties believe in many diffrent things. Third Parties rarely win as presidents

Republican Likes
The Republicans are the most liked in the USA. Many south states are Republicans. Businesses usually like Republicans because they do not want money to be spent on the government.

The Democrats are the 2nd most liked in the US. Many North and West states vote Democrats. People who love security usually like Democrats because they convince people to pay for the government for security.

The Independent is the 3rd most liked in the USA. People who do not like any of the other parties like the Independent.

The Third Party is the 4th most liked in the US. People who do not like the main parties and the Independent Party likes any of the Third Party

Picking Nominees
Parties start a primary debate to pick their nominees. They pick the one who is the most true and caring about their people. Parties also pick on people who talk the best in the crowd.

Winning America
Parties start fundraising, polling, advertising and go to states to talk. They gain more votes. People usually go to polling lines or mail. Nominees advertise or talk positive about their self or negative on the other side. The party which gets 270 votes wins. Voting stops on November 3rd at 7:00 . Parties do not become president until January 20th if the winner is not the current on November 3rd.
