The Leadership Development training program consists of four training programs: Manger in Training (MIT), Senior Manager in Training (SMIT), New Leader Training (NLT), or Senior New Leader Training (SNLT):

MITs:

·         Have titles with the word Operations in them (i.e. Assistant Operations Manager).

·         Receive Site-Level track training.

·         Receive budget allocation through the program.

SMITs:

·         Have titles with the word Operations in them (i.e. Senior Operations Manager).

·         Receive Account-Level track training.

·         Receive budget allocation through the program.

Note: MITs and SMTs both require budget approval from Cesar.

NLTs:

·         Have their permanent titles, as they assume their site’s responsibilities (i.e. Site Manager).

·         Receive Site-Level track training.

·         Do not receive budget allocation through the program.

·         They are funded typically by their site or their vertical.

SNLTs:

·         Have their permanent titles, as they assume their account’s responsibilities (i.e. Account Manager).

·         Receive Account-Level track training.

·         Do not receive budget allocation through the program.

·         They are funded typically by their site or their vertical

Criteria for submitting a new Leader request

✔️ Any rehires who parted with the company for over three months with the title of Site Manager and above.

✔️  Any promoted individuals stepping into their first management role at SBM with the title of Site Manager and above (excluding MITs/SMITs).
