Compose an Ostinato

Compose: to write music to be performed by yourself or others.

​On the next page, you will have the opportunity to compose a 4 beat rhythm pattern.



1. Compose a 4 beat rhythm pattern.
2. Write this pattern in your music workbook (or a piece of paper)-OPT.
3. Perform the 4 beat pattern 4 times to make it an ostinato.
