​Practice Times

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

1. We are a year around program and practice through the Folkstyle season up to the Greco-Roman/Freestyle Season which ends in May. Folkstyle season starts November 10.

Needs before the season starts.

1. Physical from an official medical personel.
2. Fill out and upload forms on https://www.rankone.com/

​High School

1. USA Wrestling Card. Simply google, "USA Wrestling", and buy the membership for $55.
2. Each Tournament cost between $10 & $15.

​Middle School

​Expectations

1. All wrestlers must be passing all classes in order to compete.
No Pass, No Play.
2. All wrestlers must consistently show up to practices in order to compete. If a wrestler misses numerous practices, they will not be in the competing roster for that weekend. You can compete again once you start showing up to practices.
3. Take care of the singlets and please hand wash and hang to dry only. (No Dryers) Please do not damage or lose your singlets. Each singlet cost the school $60 and each wrestler is responsible for any damage or loss.
