What are they?

Sensory details are a way to create imagery within a narrative. They use the five senses to help create clear images for readers. They are a type of figurative language.

The five senses are sight, sound, taste, smell and touch. The advanced terms are visual, auditory, olfactory, gustatory, and tactile
