Complete Sentence vs. Fragment

Subject + Predicate = Complete Sentence

Subject: The noun that performs the action. The "who"

Predicate: The part of the sentence that has the verb. It's what the subject does.

Complete sentence should also have a complete idea.

​If a sentence is missing a subject or a predicate than it is a sentence fragment
