Two things to hand in today

Normal Group Worksheet
Enzyme Worksheet - Only for the enzyme at your table.

Both get uploaded in the same place, combine them if you can.

ENZYME ACTIVITY

Protein & Starch start with the enzyme activity. You may not finish if you don't. Protein, please cut the egg into small enough chunks that can easily go in and come out of the test tube.

Lipids, start with the models and microscopes, then the enzyme activity. BUT you MUST start enzyme activity no later than 1 hour into the lab.

Follow the instructions carefully.

Test Tubes, Gloves, Transfer Pipettes, and Parafilm Squares are all on the center table (window side).

Tape, Permanent Markers, Test Tube Racks, and anything specific to your experiment is at your table.

• Chemicals: Wear Gloves, Don't directly smell, touch, taste, etc.

• If you wish to wear goggles, they are in the cabinet by the door.
  

Boiling Water: If you are boiling anything USE TONGS, not bare hands to remove test tubes

Warnings:

Test Tubes get emptied into "Waste" Container, then put into the soapy water.

Enzyme Activity: your desks.
