Being healthy is important. Good habits help the body and the mind. People need healthy habits every day. These habits help people feel strong and happy.

Eating healthy food is important. People should eat fruits and vegetables. They should eat good meals every day. Healthy food gives the body energy.

Drinking water is also important. People should drink water many times a day. Water helps the body work well. It helps people feel fresh.

Exercise helps the body stay strong. People should walk, run, or play every day. Moving the body is good for the heart. Exercise helps people feel active.

Rest is very important for health. People should sleep many hours at night. They should rest when they feel tired. Rest helps the body and the mind.
