What can your school do to encourage children to make healthy decisions?

• Drop recess to add more time in the classroom.

• Cut back on the PE programs at school.

• Serve more fast food options in the school cafeteria.

• Exercise for 60 minutes a day, eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains everyday.
