Tony and Tim were having a surprise party for James. Tony was in charge of ordering the cake, decorating the room, and buying the gifts. Tim was in charge of inviting all of Jame's friends. On the day of the party no one showed up, and Tony asked Tim where everyone was. Tim said he had soccer practice all week, and forgot to send out invitations. Tony yelled at Tim and stormed off.  Was Tony's actions appropriate?
