Proper uses for test manuals include:

• Placing under leg of desk to stop the wobbles.

• Leaving on top of desk for disgruntled student to grab for revenge purposes.

• Reading through manual prior to exam day, as part of being an educated professional.

• Leave in drawer until exam day, then wing it like a boss!

Although tedious and boring, my job as test administrator is to read the test directions in the test manual verbatim.

When should testing tutorials be completed?

• I'm not sure what this means, although we do it every semester.
