Value-Added is

• used for OTES

• Examine the Diagnostic Reports to see patterns of strengths or weaknesses

• Examine past years to see if there are similar patterns from the past

• Cross reference with AIR / Achievement, especially the performance level data

• Nothing, since Value-Added does not use a perfect measure of statistics.
