When booking a pest control job you should make sure that:

• You’ve checked the type of pest

• You've asked if client tried to treat the pest already

• You’ve requested information on the period the infestation has been active

• You know the number of bedrooms the property has

What is the difference between ant and cockroach treatment?

• There is no difference, we treat them the same way- we spray.

• For both we use gel- the difference is that cockroaches eat it directly and then are eaten by others thus causing a domino effect. Ants on the other hand carry the bait to the nest where the queen and the others feed from it thus exterminating the majority of the population.

• Both of the pests need to be treated with at least 2 visits, if not 3.

If we need to perform a rodent treatment in a loft which are the most important things we need to know?

• We need to know whether the loft is fully boarded, easily accessible and has proper lighting.

• We do NOT treat rodents in the loft, it’s not a guaranteed service and that’s the reason we do not offer it. We advise our customers that we can perform a service only if rodents inside the property.

• Whether the client has insurance in case the technician falls through the ceiling.
