What is a fly ball?

• A ball hit in the air

What is a base?

• Military compound

• when a player catches tags or hits the runner with the bal

• when you catch then drop the ball

What is a tag up

• run before player catches the ball

• stand on base then advance after player catches the ball

what's a force out?

• When you have a player on base before you

• tag a player

What is a foul ball?

• A ball stays in the base line

• When a ball goes outside the baseline

What is a slide?

• When a player slides feet first into a base

• When a player slides head first into a base

What are sneakers?

• open toe shoe

• closed toe shoe

What is a shortstop?

• a player in the outfield

• a player in the dugout
