This is to inform you that our school has got the honor to host the Arts and Sports Competition which will involve some Senior High Schools in the district. The event is going to start in April, and we still have enough time for the preparation. Unfortunately, we still have some problems with the facilities such as volleyball court, futsal field and basketball hall. There are some holes and cracks in the field. The basketball hall is not in good condition. We can find some leaks in the roof. When it rains, the water drops into the field.

For that matter, we would like to invite you to the meeting that will be held:

Day/Date : Saturday/December 7^th,2019

Time :08:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Venue : Conference Room

We hope we can find the solution to the problem of the sports facilities.
