What is meant by the term "specific goods"?

• Specific goods are goods that are identified and agreed upon at the time a contract of sale is made.

What are "existing goods"?

What happen if in an express, it has not been fulfilled?

• if not fulfilled the innocent party may bring an action for breach of contract.
