• Son las dos en punto.

Existen dos términos para referirnos a las 12, bien sean del mediodía o media noche.

Twelve noon --- noon.

Twelve midnight --- midnight.

SIGNIFICA:

• DOCE DEL MEDIO DIA O MEDIODIA.

• DOCE DE LA NOCHE --O MEDIANOCHE

• A LAS DOCE

• A LA MEDIANOCHE.

SIGNIFICA

• Y Media

• MEDIODIA

• MEDIA NOCHE

Cuando queremos decir que es una hora y media debemos decir It’s + la expresión half past + la hora que es.

It’s half past one, It’s half past seven o It’s half past eleven.

SIGNIFICA:

• 1:30----7:30 ----11:30

• ES LA UNA Y TREINTA.---SON LAS 7 Y MEDIA---SON LAS ONCE Y MEDIA

• FALTAN VEINTE PARA LAS DOS.---FALTAN VEINTE PARA LAS OCHO.----FALTAN VEINTE PARA LAS DOCE

• ES MEDIANOCHE.

Para hablar de una hora y cuarto, decimos It’s + la expresión quarter past + la hora que es.
It's quarter past two.
SIGNIFICA:
