• Troubleshoote normal

• Stop Troubleshooting and inform CST script

• Esclate as logical instability case

Logical instability SLA will be :

• 2 WD

• 2 : 5 Hours

• 2 Hours

Spyware command :

• Ipconfig/flushdns

• netstat -n -o

• Ping

CST has logical instability case and now he has spyware CCA action :

• Troubleshoot normal

• Esclate case to SLS

• Inform CST that we need a clean PC

CST has logical instability TKT with update ' No problem from network side, let CST check his CPE ' Your action :

• Escalate to SLS

• Ask CST check with another CPE

• Adjust MTU
