• When a dam breaks out by overflow of a river.

• Floods are usually caused by very heavy rainfall that causes a river to overflow.

How to prepare ourselves from Floods?

• Leave the area as soon as possible.

• Listen to the radio or television for warnings.

• We should not go. We have to stay where are floods.

• We can stop the flood by entering our homes by locking doors and windows.

What are Earth Quakes?

• A sudden violent shaking of the ground, typically causing great destruction, as a result of movements within the earth's crust or volcanic action.

• An Earth Quake doesn't appear.

What are the precautions to take while a Earth Quake?

• Stay away from tall building and get out into the open.

• DO NOT use lifts instead use emergency exits and staircases.

• If travelling in a vehicle, don't get out.

• Do not go outside of a building, stay there or else you'll lose your house!

What's a Hurricane?

• A storm with a violent wind, in particular a tropical cyclone in the Caribbean.
