• inflicting severe pain or suffering as a punishment or in order to force them to do or say something.

• to seek and to and enjoy in other countries a place of protection from persecution

• an institution offering shelter and support to people who are mentally ill

• right to protection of scientific, literary or artistic creations

• unfair difference in treatment

• right to religion

• right to privacy
