MULTIPLE CHOICE QUESTION

Read the passage and answer the questions.

In the age of the Internet, travel agents might seem unnecessary. As dozens of travel websites and apps are available for travel, how is it that the job of travel agent still exists?

After doing some research on the topic, we discovered a few reasons why using a travel agent makes life easier. First of all, TIME. Rather than spending hours online trying to decide where to stay, what to see and what to do, a travel agent can give you suitable ideas based on your needs. Many travel agents specialise in specific types of holidays, for example all-inclusive, world cruises and adventure holidays. These travel agents can provide you with options that you wouldn’t be able to find on the Internet, or only after a lot of searching.

Another reason to book with a travel agent is if you’re planning a multi-stop trip with layovers and connecting flights; travel agents might find combinations you wouldn’t. And, if you’re planning a trip that involves a big group of people, tours and sightseeing, or that might involve visas, a travel agent might be the best choice. If something goes wrong; there’s an emergency or you need to cancel, travel agents are a safety net. They will usually give you your money back for a small fee.

Finally, most travel agents won’t charge you for their work; they are paid by the hotels and tours, so it won’t cost you anything to try them.

Question 1: Which one is a suitable title for this paragraph?
