Hybrid Learning Procedures

The following people are responsible for sanitizing the site:

• administrators and teachers

• Front Desk

• tutors

• para's

• All of the above

Our students undergo screening procedures because

• Ms. Fernandez says so

• We follow CDC guidelines

• We want to keep our students and staff safe

• All of the above.

If your temperature is above ____ you cannot enter the site.

Students who arrive for their appointment time must stay in the classroom area

• for 10-20 minutes

• for 30 minutes

• until they are dismissed

• for no longer than 3 hours

Beginning April 19, Tutors are available to students attending in person learning

• by appointment only

• whenever a teacher sends a student to them

• on a drop in basis

Food is available to students

• only as they leave the site

• any time they wish

• only in the cafe area

• when their teacher says it's ok

Masks are required on site

• only when you are within 3 feet of a student

• only when you see Mrs. Strasburger on the prowl

• at all times except when alone in a room with the door closed

• from 9-5

In order to enter the site students must

• sign in and wear a mask

• pass a health screening and sign in

• pass a health screening, wear a mask, and have their id scanned

• pass a health screening and use the fingerprint scanner

In person student schedules

• are flexible and easily shifted

• are provided to Eddie around noon each day

• provided to Eddie by Mr. Wang at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesdays for the week

• can be changed if you slip Eddie a $20

Student desks are cleaned

• by Mrs. Strasburger at 2 pm daily

• By science teachers at 3 pm daily

• By the cleaning crew daily

• by students before they begin work and as they leave campus
