Protocols for Arrival and Dismissal . . .

• Students can have some temperature

• Parents can walk students to class

• Students can congregate in hallways

• Students will be encouraged to sanitize hands before entering and exiting the building

Which is NOT a Standard Classroom Procedures?

• Sharing school supplies

• High-touch surfaces will be disinfected daily

• Students and staff will maintain consistent grouping of people to minimize the spread of the virus

• 1:1 individual devices

Protocol for Campus Cleaning and Disinfecting

• Classrooms will be cleaned only when students go home

• Cleaning will continue only as long as cleaning supplies are available

• Frequent cleaning and disinfection of all campus areas

• Restrooms will be cleaned once a day because students continue to use them

Protocols for Campus Visitors (multiple answers)

• Limited visits access

• Parents are welcomed to visit the campus even if they are undergoing COVID treatment

• Visitors must have temperature checked

• Utilize virtual meeting options when possible

Protocols for Disinfecting and Hand Sanitizing

• Only if the student wants to

• When going home

• Wash and/or sanitize hands regularly

• Wash hands only when going to lunch

Protocols for Screening and Isolation - High Risk

• Fever/Chills, Headache, Sore Throat, Runny nose, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Myalgias

• Cough, Shortness of Breath/Difficulty Breathing, New loss of Taste or Smell, Congestion

• Hungry, Sleepy, Tired, Sweating,

• Itchy - scalp and skin

Protocols for Screening and Isolation - Low Risk

• Fever/Chills, Headache, Sore Throat, Runny Nose, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Myalgias

Protocols for Positive COVID-19 Cases on Campus

• Administration will notify the whole school

• Student can return to school the following day

• Teacher will call the parent first before informing Nurse and Administration

• Privacy procedures and guidelines will be followed if a student tests for COVID-19
