Responsible for providing the Department with economical, efficient, and effective services relating to legal assistance, information records, supplies, equipment, security and custodial work.

It consolidates financial reports of all Central Offices and Regional offices for submission to fiscal agencies. It has technical supervision over all DECS Accounting offices.

Undertakes a continuous evaluation of existing programs and projects intended to enhance the welfare of DECS teaching and non-teaching employees.
