In chapter 7 we learn about the construction king Solomon did for his house and the Lord's

Temple.

In chapter 8 we learn about the consecration of the Temple and King Solomon prayers.

In chapter 8 verse 33&34: we see that God will leave the children of Israel to their enemies when they disobey Him and brake His commandments. But He will forgive them when they repent and return back to Him.

To enjoy God's blessings in your life obey Him, keep His commandments, be thankful and don't ever take His mercy for granted and live-in sin. So, you don't lose His blessings in your life.

Because we know that God is merciful, we shouldn't care if we sin or not and keep living in

sin.
