2. Any individual, firm or company, whether as principal or agent, shall show, sell, better or exchange, or to offer to expose for display, sale, barter or exchange in the Philippines.

4. In any prospectus, handbill, billboard, sign, pamphlet, poster, projected lantern slides, or any other type of advertisement of any kind printed, displayed or circulated in the Philippines, it shall be unlawful to any individual, firm or company, either as principal or agent.

5. It shall be unlawful for any individual, firm or company to insert or cause insertion into any newspaper, book or periodicals printed in the Philippines, either as principal or agent.

6. It exist when deceptive information is displayed or written on the products immediate container, package ow wrapper.

7. In any handbill, billboard, sign, pamphlet, circle, projected lanter slides, or any other form of advertisement, it shall be unlawful to any individual, firm or company either as principal or agent.

8. It refers to advertisements where character, value properties or conditions of any article offered for sale, barter or exchange are misrepresented.

9. Any person who violates any of the provisions of this Act shall be punished with a fine not less than two hundred pesos and not more than five thousand pesos, upon conviction.
