4. In any prospectus, handbill, billboard, sign, pamphlet, poster, projected lantern slides, or any other type of advertisement of any kind printed, displayed or circulated in the Philippines, it shall be unlawful to any individual, firm or company, either as principal or agent.

5. It shall be unlawful for any individual, firm or company to insert or cause insertion into any newspaper, book or periodicals printed in the Philippines, either as principal or agent.
