• Protection of computer systems for an organisation or individual from theft or damage to their online systems

• Protecting our business from people that try to break in and cause damage or theft to our property or systems

• The ability to control external users of our website and have them download cookies to protect our systems

• Making sure that our site does not install a virus when our customers try to place orders

What is Cyber Crime?

• A crime committed by individuals using mobile data to hack bank accounts

• Hacking online websites only

• Any activity of criminal nature or intent, targeted specifically at computers or computer based systems

• Actively approaching people on the street and asking them specific questions that allow you to gain their personal information, whilst not breaching GDPR laws
