Your self esteem

It's most like me to think:

• There are plenty of things I'm good at

• There are a lot of things I'm not good at

• I do OK, but other people are way better at things than I am

When I compare myself to other people:

• I usually feel good about myself

• I usually feel OK about myself

• I usually feel bad about myself

When it comes to being perfect

• I put a lot of pressure on myself to be perfect

• I have to be the best at things

• i don't worry about it

• I just try to do my best

• Other people expect me to be perfect, so if don't I feel like I'm letting them down

When I make a mistake

• I usually don't like to admit it

• I usually give up. If i think i won't do well at something I'd instead not try

• I try to fix things. but if I can't, I try to move on and plan to do better next time

When I meet new people

• I usually worry about rejection

• I usually expect they'll like me and accept me for who I am

• I don't always let them see the real me

• I usually don't care about what other people think about me

People in my life

• Are often critical and unkind toward me

• Don't really know me

• See the good in me and let me know it
