The educator submitted a resignation after the school year had begun. Fifteen (15) days later, the educator did not show up for work. The school system had informed the educator that she would not be released until a suitable replacement could be found. The school system pulled a teacher from another school to take the educator's place. This person did not have the same qualifications as the educator.
