But remember, efficient measuring means to measure the fewest amount of times. If you remember the Measuring Song, we learn that 16 Tbsp. = 1 cup. So divide both of those by 4 (because we know that 2x2=4).... then 16 /4 =4 and 1/4 = 1/4 cup. So 4 Tbsp. = 1/4 cup. Now you are only measuring once (1/4 cup) instead of 4 Times (4 Tbsp)
