Guess who at a Tech Company

You work on commissions or have like a crazy bonus structure. You think you're a people person. You can probably handle rejection better than most people. And if one day you find yourself no longer working this job, you will NEVER go back. WHO AM I ?

Your favortie buzzword is Agile. You're kind of like a middle man between management and the dev team. If you had divorced parents you would probably be very good at this job. Working with you is sort of like walking a puppy, you mean well but you're gonna trip me.

You had a really big idea. You definitely don't need caffeine. Your favorite buzzwords are agile, framework, empowered and you're INSANE.

You're kind of like the responsible older sibling. You hate fun. We know that you're just doing your job, we do appreciate you and we know you're just trying to take care of us. and you are NOT HR.

Who am I ?

You're very particular about how you like to work. You haven't seen the sun in DAYS. You work in periods of a couple weeks and it repeats like a cycle and the name if that period is funny given the fact that if you tried to do it, you probably hurt yourself. And you have a cat.

You are kind of like the middle child. You sometimes struggle to find your place but your parents tends to listen to you more, even if it can displease some of your siblings. You have to be creative, organized and focus and go with your parents flow (even if you can try to somewhat influence them in their decisions)

People don't know what you actually do, you decline every meeting you possibly can. If you wanted an easier workload, you should have just gone into consulting. And you're NOT a project Manager.

People often yell at you but they don't work for our company. You get assigned a lot of tickets. Most of the anger people direct towards you is misplaced. And the last word of your role is ironic given how much you can actually help people

You basically don't have a life ! You must b an early bird with physical strenghts to handle your job. You are travelling the country or even the continent and sometimes act like a recreationist or, worst case scenario, the police.
