What kind of clay are we using?

• Air dry clay

What are you supposed to be making out of clay?

• Parts of a community, like buildings, people, parks, cars, etc.

• anything you want!

What will you build your clay sculpture on top of?

• the floor

• a square wooden board

Should your clay be stuck to the wooden board?

• No

• Yes

What do you do after you finish your clay sculpture?

• Take it off the board and put it on a shelf

• Throw it away

• Leave it on the board, tell Mrs. Baird, go wash your hands.

What are we going to do next week when the clay sculpture is dry?

• Take it home.

• Paint it!

• Throw it away.
