First aid Scenario Review

You are at the skatepark riding your scooter. You see an older teenager riding a bmx and an older male skateboarding. You're about to drop in when you see them collide in the bowl. The bmx rider appears to be unconscious, while the skaterboarder is bleeding really badly from his leg.

You are trained in first aid, where do you begin?
