Delivery Methods

Tickets will be shipped to the Fan via UPS.

The Fan will be notified via email with a tracking number once the package is ready

Tickets will be delivered via email with a link to download, save, and print tickets. Tickets must be printed to guarantee entry to the event.

Tickets will be transferred from the Seller’s primary market account to the Fan.

Once tickets are accepted by the Fan, they must be displayed on their smartphone for entry.

Tickets will be available starting at least one hour prior to the event for Local Pickup.

Delivered in 2-3 shipping days from the time it is in UPS possession.

The service type is used if both the Seller and Fan are located in Canada.

Delivered within 7-10 shipping days from when the package is in UPS possession.  

The service type is used if either the Fan or Seller is located outside of US and Canada.

Delivered in 3-5 shipping days from the time it is in UPS possession.

The service type is used if the Fan or Seller is located in Canada, while the other party is in the US.
