How To Make Fried Rice

A. Ingredients : rice , Vegetable oil,3 eggs 1 Onion 2 Green Chillis, 1 Garlic, leek, Chicken.

B. Steps : - First, beat the eggs and make into a omelette,

-second, heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan - Third, add the chopped onion, leek, garlic, and chillis then, fry until the onion is soft, - next, slice chicken into strips and add onion  mixture and cook,

- After that, Add the rice, soya sauce and omelet strips and cook for a further 5 minutes.

- Finally, Decorate with some of the leftover leek and ready to serve.
