What do our SES Departments Do?

Student Records

• Serves a number of functions, mainly concerning: Graduation status, Transcripts, Tax Forms and Information, and many more.

• Provide operational support for student related activities including: Day School Web Registration. Student Banner Access, etc. A recent completed project is CRM Recruit.

• This team offers extracurricular support and consultation to students, staff, and faculty for system navigation, wellness concerns, misconduct, and complaints.

• This team builds student community and resilience through sports, wellness, and the Centennial Colts.

International Student Services

Contact Centre

• This team handles inquiries, registration for part-time, continuing education and apprenticeship. A recent project completed is the Service Excellence Guide.

• Manages divisional and student-facing interactions utilizing timely, smooth, and positive approaches.

• Inspires, nurtures and facilitates global skill building and intercultural proficiency with students and faculty in collaboration with academic units and international strategic depts

• Supports students through their program, in, through, and out with student goals

Global Experience
