• The remaining credit can be applied toward future stays

• The remaining credit is forfeited and cannot be used or refunded

• The remaining credit must be donated to a local charity chosen by the resort

What does the additional surcharge apply to?

• All stays that exceed three nights

• Stays over 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December and 1st January
