MLA Works Cited Page Review

A Work Cited page includes

• citations for any in-text citations in my essay
• only author/title information for my sources.
• citations for all sources used in the writing of my essay.
• web addresses for all citations.

In MLA 8 format a work cited list 

• follows immediately after the last paragraph of my essay.
• is on a separate page at the end of my essay.

Citations on a work cited page are

• numbered to show each new citation.
• are alphabetical by the source titles.
• are alphabetical by author last name/title of resource.
• are listed in order of appearance in my essay.

Citations appear in the following format:

• all lines of citation out to the left margin.
• double space between each citation.
• all lines of citation centered on page.
• first line of citation to the left margin and all others indented 5 space.

The heading for a work cited page is

• in bold.
• centered.
• centered and underlined.
• bold centered and underlined.

The title of my work cited page is

• Work Cited.
• Bibliography.
• Resource Page.

Every citation on my work cited page

• has an in-text citation in the body of my essay.
• is a resource that was used to write my essay.

If one of my citations is a book, the title is

• underlined in the citation.
• Italicized in the citation.
• is italicized and underlined.
• is not distinguished from the rest of the citation.

If my citation has no author

• the title is preceded by 5 dash marks.
• the citation is indented 5 spaces.
• the citation begins with the title at the left margin.
• citations without authors appear at the end of the works cited page.

According to MLA Guidelines, what should the spacing of the paper be?
