To be successful in HIIA students need to do a few things:

• be engaged with a professional Zoom presence

• have their books with them and chromebooks charged

• log in on time to Zoom Class

• all of these

• ceiling fan rotating, shoulder visible

• partial face in view, in front of a window

• full face on camera, good lighting, no background distractions

• flashing lights in background, just showing eyebrows

• yes, student is on screen

• no, back lighting hides face
