ART II & Drawing Survey

So far what is your experience with being able to choose your assignments from a choice board? Choose the option that shares a similar view as you.

• Hate it, wish we did weekly assignments like ART 1

  [Lecture -> Project]

• It is ok, I am still getting use to it

  Maybe feature 1 project each week that is shown how to do but we can still choose any project we wish

  [Demonstrate one project a week -> choose project]

• Works well as is, I like the freedom in choosing my own assignment

What have you found difficult or problematic in the new choice board approach to projects (Art II & Drawing):

For those that had me a previous year (if you have never had my class before put N/A) which style do you prefer Weekly assignments as a class, choosing you own assignments? Why (3 sentences at least)?

Were do you currently stand in the class point-wise?

(Remember completing the sketch from learn from home was an additional 1 point)

• I have done projects but don't understand how many points they are worth.

Would you keep the point system in place? Or would you like it reverted to each project is worth 1 grade and you would be expected to COMPLETE one assignment a week? [This would remove larger projects that take more than a week]

• Keep the point system so larger projects can be worth more points (more grades)

• Go to grading one project a week from 0 - 100 like normal, larger projects would no longer be choices.

Would you prefer to have the choice board printed in a large binder and available in class, in addition to it being online?

[this would take awhile for me to put together if it is wanted]
