1. Qualifications for House of Representatives

• 1.  Must be 25 years or older. Been a citizen of the United states for more than 7 years

     
     

• 1. Been a US citizen for atleast 9 years

  2. Must be 30 years old or older

• 1. Must be a natural born citizen or a citizen of the united states.

  2.  35 years or older

  3. 14 years of residency within the US

• Must be 21 years of age

  10 years of residency

• The government cannot force people to shelter soldiers or give them food

  
  

• Congress should make no law respecting freedom of religion, prohibiting free exercise, abridging freedom of speech or the press, the right of people  to peaceably assemble, and freedom to petition the government  for a redress of grievances.

  
  

•  The right of people to be secure in their persons, houses and effects against unreasonable searches and seizure shall not be violated, and need a warrant to search your property. Upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation and describing the place to be searched and the person or things to be seized.

  
  

• “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.” No excessive bail. No cruel or unusual punishment.

Amendment 4

• The right of people to be secure in their persons, houses and effects against unreasonable searches and seizure shall not be violated, and need a warrant to search your property. Upon probable cause supported by oath or affirmation and describing the place to be searched and the person or things to be seized.

  
  

• :In civil/common law where the value in controversy hall exceed $20, you have the right of trial by jury.
