• Acknowledge in RDN, Close and reassign in Repo App

• Check the reason, and fill a voucher of complaint in RDN

What happens when an account gets a PTP with an active Assignemnt

• Assignment is put On Hold

• Assignment is closed

• Assignment stays open

• PTP gets nullified

• Read every mail and mark them all as unread

• Open every case to confirm information in RDN and reassign

• Set a rule to delete them as soon as you receive them (mark them as junk)

• Vehicle is instated in an auction at previous price

• Customer account is not Charged off anymore

• Account is disabled from Repo
