• You lose 1 point for every 0.5% you are from goal

How does the extracare enrollment scoring system work on the scorecard?

• you lose 1 point for every point you are away from your enrollment goal

• stores 75% to goal get 30 points, stores who are 50% to goal get 20 points, stores within 25% get 10 points, anything less is 0 points

• EC enrollments is measured on a required count. If you miss your count by more than 5 you get half points, if you miss by more than 10 you get 0 points
