Common Reasons Why Teachers Can't Access the CHOICE Portal:

• They are trying to access the wrong Canvas site. The correct site is https://vaedstrategies.instructure.com/login/canvas.

• They are trying to use a password for a different Canvas account.

• They need their password reset. A tutorial for this is available on the Team CoP Technical Questions Page.

• They didn't receive their invitation, so CHOICE may need to resend it.

I submitted a request to add a PL to the CHOICE PL menu, when should I expect it to be added?

• 1 week to 10 days

• 2 days

• 1 month

• 3 weeks

How early in advance should I submit a PL request?

• At least three weeks in advance.

• At least two weeks in advance.

• At least 1 week in advance.

• At least four weeks in advance.

How do I know that my PL has been approved?

• You will receive a notification email after approval.

• Check the PL menu to see whether it has been added.
