This chapter talks about your character. On page 63 it states ... "As a leader, your coaches and teammates count on you to do the right thing in a variety of situations. They will expect you to know right from wrong and act accordingly. This doesn't mean you need to be a perfect angel all the time and can never do anything wrong, but it does mean that you must hold yourself accountable ____________."

On pages 64,65, 66, and 67 the book lists 4 different areas where your character is important. They are:

Page 73, the book starts talking about how to be a Vocal Leader. At the bottom of page 73, it states "Why are vocal leaders important? If a person chooses only to Lead by Example and not get involved verbally, they aren't able to adequately address many of the issue that ......"​ (a)   ​

On page 75, it states that communication skills are critical in being vocal leader. There are two sections on this page, First Listen Up and __________.

On page 81, the book talks about servant leadership. There is a quote from baseball great Don Mattingly, finish the quote. "I became less selfish, less lazy, less sensitive to negative comments. When I gave up me I became more. I became a captain, a leader, a better person and I came to understand that ________."

On page 83 there is a quote from Larry Fitzgerald. "All the guys on my team, they know if they need anything all they've gotta do is pick up the phone, I'm going to be there for them to support them any way I can."

In your own words, what is something specific you can let your current teammates know about you and how you will help them if the time arises?

At the bottom of page 90 there is a quote from Duke Coach Mike Krzyzewski, finish the quote. "Almost everything in leadership come back to relationships. The only way you can possibly lead people is to understand people. And the best way to do that is to __________."

On page 95, there is a quote from QB Drew Brees, complete the quote. "Everybody on your team has a role, and each role is as important as the other ... Everybody has strengths and weaknesses, and what you try to do is put everybody in the best position to succeed by ____________"
