Many companies and organizations have policies in place regarding diversity. Of course, discrimination on the job is illegal. But many organizations take it a step further. For example, the National Football League’s (NFL’s) hiring policy, referred to as the Rooney Rule, states that each team must interview a minority candidate when filling a head coaching position.
