Among the general Flight Safety regulated conditions,

 

• The Operator only has to file an operating request detailing its operating procedures in order to operate.

  
  

•    The Operator must be authorized to carry out air transport and be holder of an Air Operator Certificate-AOC. (CTE in French language)

• The Operator can begin to exercise 30 days after submitting the request to the Civil Aeronautics Directorate

1.         Issuance of the Certificate of airworthiness

 

• Every aircraft engaged in international navigation shall be provided with a Certificate of airworthiness issued or rendered valid by the State in which it is registered.

• Every aircraft engaged in international navigation shall be provided with a Certificate of worthiness issued solely by State of design

•   Every aircraft engaged in international navigation shall be provided with a certificate of airworthiness issued or rendered valid solely by the State of manufacture.

1.             In accordance with Order 544-00 AnnexD, which of the operator's responsibilities require approval or acceptance from Moroccan DAC?

• Landing gear pressure control on each flight before take off

• External and internal washing of all aircraft structures

• The aircraft is maintained and authorized to be returned to service by a maintenance organization

1.             According to Order 544-00 Annex D, operator responsibilities concerning the maintenance of its aircraft by Foreign Maintenance Organizations

 

• Foreign maintenance organizations must be approved in accordance with a regulation equivalent to the Order N° 1027-00 relating to the conditions of approval and surveillance continuing aircraft maintenance organizations.

1.             In accordance with the provisions ofOrder No. 545-72 of June 07, 1972 and regarding the renewal of Airworthiness Certificate DGAC inspectors issue a 10 pages Report with the findings mentioned as follow:

 

• Level 1 means that Major finding may impact directly the safety of the

  aircraft, this finding is usually closed before flight or before renewal.

• Level 1 means that significant or minor finding

  must be cleared 10 days.

• Level 1 means that significant or minor finding must be cleared 10 daysor

  at MEL-DDM deadline.
