My friends and I Participated Panjat Pinang race in my village last August. The race was held to commemorate the Indonesian’s Independence Day.

       There were some poles in the field. At first, I chose one of the poles in the center. My team and I gathered around the pole. It was tall, and prizes hanging on the top were enticing. So I was determined to climb to the top and grab the big one.

     Next we arrived in the destination at 7.30 a.m. To arrive at Bromo Creater, we rode a horse. It was scary and also awkward for me, but overall it was fun. After a while, we got closer to the crater. Finally, we could see Bromo Creater. It was magnificient scenary. We took many photos there.

     After 3 hours enjoying the view of Bromo, we decided to go back. We had lunch in the area of Bromo. We also bought some souvenirs. We arrived at my friend’s house at 2 p.m. It was fun and unforgettable holiday
