• Set up notifications to tell you when you have spent a certain amount of time on your phone.

• Try not to use your phone just before you go to sleep and as soon as you wake up.

• Turn off all notifications that are not for direct messaging of people you know.

• Give yourself boundaries such as time frames or activities where you will not use your phone.
