What will happen if the job auto sync attendance data is run?

• The man-hour data of the previous month, current month and the following month will be sync from Cloud Attendance.

• The attendance data of all users who exist at the current month will be sync from Cloud Attendance

Can I change the man-hour mode from daily time to monthly time when the attendance linkage is ON

• Yes, because it’s attendance linkage not man-hour linkage, so we can change man-hour mode without any problem.

What will happen when I try to link with Cloud Attendance, however I have not created the office on Cloud Attendance yet?

• The office will be created automatically

• The office not found error will return

Can I turn ON the integration of TeamSpirit and Attendance at the same time?

• Yes, no problem, they are separate features

• No, they depend on each feature, we can only link with one at a time.

From which screen can I sync attendance data?

• Management sheet>Employee tab

Which data is sync from Cloud Attendance?
